Ever since I was a little girl I've had a heart for the hungry and homeless, but it wasn't until I started attending a church that I began to look for ways to help.

The food pantry presented as a great way to serve the Lord by helping to feed those less fortunate.  As an expert in macrame and crochet, I decided to use my skills to raise money for groceries.  Seemingly overnight KNOTTY GIRL CREATIONS was formed.

I began with hemp jewelry but it didn't go over as well as crocheted baby accessories and other custom items.  

Faye Learns to Swim

My beautiful great-niece and nephew became the muse behind the baby designs. She is the face on the logo.

 She is a precocious toddler and he's a happy active 3-month old.  Both are gorgeous and keep me (Aunt Terri) inspired to create tiny things.
